Agenda and program content

Duration: 2 online sessions of 2 hours each, separated by a 15-minute break.

Methodology: it alternates explanations and examples with practice on generic projects and moments of collaborative reflection.

Platforms: Zoom Meetings for live sessions. Additionally, participants receive access to a dedicated group in the Learn@E-Campus platform where they have at their disposal the program content, resources, and support from fellow students.

Group: a maximum of 12-15 people to ensure an optimal level of interactivity and collaboration.

Here is the content and activities of the program, ordered according to the different impact areas targeted:

    MINDSET

From programs and training to learners and learning

Digitizing training involves more than using technology and moving different sessions to the virtual environment. It is essential to shift the focus from the curriculum to the learner's learning experience.

  • understanding the psychology and challenges of digital learning for both learners and trainers
  • the digital mindset: what is it, how do we distinguish it from the classroom mindset and how do we acquire it?
  • ways to manage your emotions online
  • exercising control - how do you know they are paying attention?
  • assessing personal relationship with technology
  • shifting the focus from program to learners, from training to learning

   KNOWLEDGE

An essential set of skills and techniques

This program gives you the advantage of browsing key knowledge in one place without wasting time searching. We have carefully selected for you the essential elements of expertise that contribute most to the success of digitized training.

  • familiarization with Learner Personas - documenting learner profiles, needs and learning preferences
  • familiarization with the Learning Experience Map - a tool for designing hybrid program architectures
  • scenarios for combining synchronous sessions with asynchronous components of digital training programs
  • understanding the importance of a communication and promotion plan associated with learning experiences
  • accommodation with the I.D. Matrix, a tool for aligning content and methods to the objectives of the digital programs

    PRACTICE

Getting used to working practices

Collaborative practice on generic projects, with feedback from the trainer and group mates. You will acquire the prerequisites for skills that you can then practise on your own.

  • individual & collaborative reflection exercises for each of the key stages of the digital program design process
  • working on a generic project: mapping a hybrid learning experience proposed by E-Campus

    TECHNOLOGY

A selection of IT applications to use

In this program, you will become familiar with a carefully chosen set of IT apps useful for designing impactful programs. Of course, they're not the only ones possible, but it's a good start.

  • Live online session platforms: Zoom Meetings, MS Teams, Webex, Butter
  • Collaborative workspaces: whiteboards, Mural, Google Suite, Office 365
  • Quizzes, polls, interactions: Zoom & MS Teams Apps Marketplace
  • Collaborative learning platforms: Learn@E-Campus
  • A.I. tools dedicated to the different needs associated with the programs

    COMMUNITY

Optimal collaboration and support ratio

Upon enrolment in the program, you will receive access to the Learn@E-Campus platform, a collaborative learning and working space. What you will find here:

  • course resources and materials for study and later review
  • spaces for discussion and collaboration with colleagues
  • support from the trainer during the course session
  • E-Campus L&D community news, articles and events
