How we work - collaboration steps
We put our operational expertise to work to quickly organize processes capable of delivering the desired result and support. Here's an overview:

The platform will be fully functional in maximum 1 week, the remaining 4 weeks will simultaneously develop your capability to use it (human skills) and to implement it on a large scale in your company.

As this is a platform installed on your server and under your sole control, you will need one or two people to take on the role of administrator. They will perform a few brief technical actions on a monthly basis, such as: updating software applications, routine checks of platform elements, small configuration changes. For all of these, they will have our full step-by-step support offered in several scenarios: complete initial training, explicit tutorials to use along the way, accessible on-demand support. It is not necessary for those responsible to be IT specialists.
Of course. For a complete picture, tailored to your company, we recommend a short online chat. Each client has an internal mix of skills and capabilities to which we customize our service to streamline cost and leverage what's already there. We promise to be brief and relevant: office@ecampus.ro.
Here is an outline of the service and cost structure:
+ in the first year - "one-time payment" includes: installation and custom configuration specific to your company + complete team training (admin, trainers, course designers) + initial implementation, technical and methodological support (4 weeks) + explicit tutorials + annual IT apps licenses
+ starting with the 2nd year: IT apps licences + on-demand technical support (if needed); usually 15-30% of year 1 cost
You can opt out of this solution at any time. Paying for the initial installation, configuration, training and launch support services does not bind you to a minimum contract period. The contractual relationship on this segment is made directly with E-Campus Romania. The payment of the software licenses of the applications is annual and is done by direct contract with the agreed software partners; if you do not want to continue, you will not renew the licenses.
For cost-efficiency, the approach is multi-layer: technical support for the IT apps is provided by their manufacturers, E-Campus' technology partners; technical support for the various new configurations you will demand (if any), platforms malfunctions is provided by us (free of charge or on-demand, as appropriate).
Over 4 years of working day in, day out with this type of platform with clients in multiple industries has shown us that technical problems are rare and that the need for on-demand support is minimal, generated mainly by new ideas and directions requested by the clients.
Security - complete. Primarily because it sits on your server, dressing exactly the existing security layers dictated by your company's IT procedures. So if you're a medium to large company with a well-developed IT infrastructure, there's no need for special approvals or additional time and energy-consuming testing. If you don't have such an infrastructure, we have precise step-by-step recommendations and instructions on enterprise-grade server and online security solutions (from our partners Cloudways and Cloudflare).
GDPR - the platform offers one of the most comprehensive modules of GDPR functions we've come across so far. Learners have full control over their personal data and their actions in the platform: they can edit, delete certain information, delete their account altogether, export a full report of their history to the platform themselves, change in detail the many ways the platform notifies them depending on the device they are accessing it from, etc. You have the ability to enable or disable these options, depending on your company's policy and needs.
