This short program is dedicated to L&D team members, HR and internal communicators. It aims to equip you with some key practices imported from marketing and communications to increase the relevance of training and the learners' level of engagement. 

In this course you will learn the following:

  • accommodating with the psychological profiling of participants for a better understanding of the training activity audience
  • effective communication and promotion practices for training programs and learning campaigns
  • Maximizing ROI - techniques for presenting the added value of training programs, engaging various stakeholders, and securing resources for future initiatives.

This short program is dedicated to L&D team members, HR and internal communicators. It aims to equip you with some key practices imported from marketing and communications to increase the relevance of training and the learners' level of engagement.

In this course you will learn the following:

  • accommodating with the psychological profiling of participants for a better understanding of the training activity audience
  • effective communication and promotion practices for training programs and learning campaigns
  • Maximizing ROI - techniques for presenting the added value of training programs, engaging various stakeholders, and securing resources for future initiatives.

Agenda and program content

Duration: 2 online sessions of 2 hours each, separated by a 15-minute break.

Methodology: it alternates explanations and examples with practice on generic projects and moments of collaborative reflection.

Platform: Zoom Meetings for live sessions. Additionally, participants receive access to a dedicated group in the Learn@E-Campus platform where they have at their disposal the program content, resources, and support from fellow students.

Group: a maximum of 12-15 people to ensure an optimal level of interactivity and collaboration.

  • collaborative reflection exercises - analyzing L&D marketing campaigns proposed by E-Campus
  • working on a generic project - creating a communication plan for a hybrid onboarding program proposed by the E-Campus team
